I specialize in grief and loss transitions. Talking about your grief can be hard, regardless of the loss or closeness that you may or may not have had with your loved one. Everyone feels and expresses their grief in different ways, especially children. The loss of loved one, such as a caregiver, is a journey that lasts throughout life and can resurface in different ways and at different times. I provide services to a variety of clients in their individual grief journey. Loss and grief can come in many forms to children and adults. I work with clients who may be preparing for end of life/terminal illness, experienced death, divorce/separation, abandonment, or becoming a new caregiver to a child with parental loss. It may be difficult at times to discuss your feelings on your loss because you may not want to make others upset that surround you. That is okay and is actually very normal. As a specialized therapist, I am a professional that you can talk with to help support you in navigating through your own journey of loss.
