Introduction
Hi! I'm Kayli, owner of Juniper Crossing Practice: Solutions for Grounded Living. I offer individualized therapy to adults, specializing in the young adult developmental life stage. I take a practical and collaborative approach in walking with my clients through the milestones of self-development, navigating familial/romantic/peer/professional relationships, and building helpful skills such as self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-accountability. Within the therapeutic relationship, I hope to empower my clients towards healthy decision making and self-confidence through meaningful connection and shared positive experiences. I also offer parenting/caregiver counseling & family therapy in particular to teens, as well as to adult clients. Therapeutic family work often includes empowerment through education as well as through fostering authentic connections within the whole relational system. I believe in intentional conversation and in the power of experiencing change together. Along with traditional talk therapy, I offer Mindful Movement, which is therapeutic yoga. I am a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and trained in a trauma-informed approach. My dog, Levi, often joins me as well as he is a certified therapy dog.
