Introduction

Kaylee Taylor received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University in 2015 and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in 2017. She has been practicing psychotherapy since 2017 at multiple levels of care and practice settings in Georgia such as Residential Facilities, Inpatient Hospitals, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Private Practice providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management services. Kaylee also co-authored a journal, and regularly participates and attends several workshops on topics such as Trauma Informed Care, Hypnotherapy, Anxiety Disorders, Ethics, Women’s Issues, etc. to maintain current licensing and continuing education requirements in the state of Georgia. She is licensed in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License #: LPC012992. Finally, Kaylee has specialized training in Trauma Informed Care, Anxiety Disorders, Progressive Counting, and Hypnotherapy. In 2023 Kaylee completed 30 hours of Hypnotherapy training and is currently working on the required practice hours to receive the Certified Hypnotherapist credential. Aceso Counseling Services LLC was named in honor of Aceso the Goddess of The Healing Process in Greek Mythology because our approach to helping others in their healing is that it's not one size fits. Kaylee strongly believes that healing is a journey that is unique and specific to an individual's needs. The decision to start or continue therapy is a brave one and is considered an honor to hold space for clients on their path to mental wellness. Kaylee enjoys providing an accepting space to assist clients suffering from issues related to anxiety and trauma in overcoming obstacles to cope and deeply understand themselves to achieve self-acceptance and self-growth.
