Finding a therapist is heinous...It’s like dating, only there’s NO small talk, you go straight to the trauma and then do it all over again, AND you have to pay! In a world that has conditioned you to live an unconscious life, self-reflection and building your intuition is an act of rebellion. You may struggle to find meaning, balance, & peace within the chaos of living. Life inherently involves suffering, and sometimes navigating those big life transitions, traumas, general feelings of anxiousness or lack of interest in life can get overwhelming. The choice to go to therapy is a radical act of self-care, bravery, and accountability. **I am only able to see therapy clients who live in the state of NJ. **I am able to see coaching clients anywhere, however, coaching is different than therapy and I am not able to use insurance benefits for coaching.
