Introduction

My passion is working with moms, dads, and couples who are navigating infertility, pregnancy, the transition to parenthood, & parenting challenges. My clients are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, recovery from abuse/trauma. I hold a Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health and draw on prior experience in early intervention and school settings to help parents process emerging developmental challenges. I also bring my personal experience as a single mom of a sassy 4-year old :).
