Introduction

My name is Kayla Oates and I help women reach their fullest potential by rewriting their story. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to break free from controlling narratives and change your perspectives. Those who are struggling to maintain a quality of life after trauma, grief, living with depression or anxiety will find me to be a great fit. Through the work of narrative therapy, I will help you to: • Find confidence. • Find meaning in life. • Find your purpose. • Take control of who you’re meant to be. • Learn positive coping skills. • Find fulfillment and freedom. • Be authentic. Don’t let another day go by without picking up your pen. Let’s talk! If you’re interested in reauthoring your story surrounding trauma, I have the group just for you!
