Introduction

Relationships are tough. Do you find yourself often having difficult relationships? As an experienced relationship therapist, I am here to help you navigate your relationships whether it's with your partner, your parent, your child or your friend. Let's break those negative relationship patterns together. I provide therapy for modern women and couples by teaching them skills to figure out blocks in their relationships, to have better communication and to create deeper connections in those relationships. I assist my clients in looking at their history and life story and how it has impacted their thinking and relationships or lack of relationships. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling rejuvenated, confident and with an increased sense of hopefulness about their current or future relationships. As a wife and mother of 3, I understand how tough it can be to sustain and create relationships, especially the relationships we have with ourselves. I am dedicated to helping others navigate their world in order to create supportive and lasting relationships. Wether you're strugging with anxiety or you struggle to set boundaries, together we will create a plan that best fits your needs. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation and we can chat about the next steps.
