My goal as a counselor is that of a non-judgmental advocate which provides you a safe place to freely share about personal experiences. I want to help clients achieve solutions and deal with life on their own terms. My approach to therapy is that of both a listener and sounding board. I work hard to help educate clients, guide them in processing their emotions, support their growth, and assist in developing coping strategies/insights to manage stress. My sessions are a great place to begin to work on yourself and find insight that helps drive your personal growth. My Journey as a parent has led me to take passion in advocating and working with those who are trying to conceive, dealing with infertility, have endured miscarriage(s), are surviving postpartum, or are a stressed out parent. In addition to these experiences, I often work with individuals who experience ADHD, trauma, and SUD recovery.
