Introduction

Welcome to a safe space where you can remove the mask of pretending like everything is okay. My work is focused on being neuroaffirmative, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and culturally competent for all. I am looking forward to meeting with clients who have difficulty understanding and expressing their emotions, those who tend to prioritize others' needs over their own ("people-pleasing"), and those on a journey to discover their authentic selves.
