My approach to counseling is client-centered, and I believe that counseling is a team effort between the client and the therapist. My goal is to help you learn your strength and resiliency within yourself. Your taking a big step by seeking out a therapist and this is the first step towards change. Recognizing you want something different for yourself is huge I have a passion for working with women moving through new stages of their lives, especially those coping with changes and stress that come with becoming a new mom and adjustment to parenthood. I've completed the PSI Certificate Training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Circle of Security Parenting.
