Kayla started her social work career in 2019. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2022. Kayla focuses on mental health advocacy for clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and other diagnoses. She has extensive experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and intellectual and physical disabilities. Her experience lies in outpatient therapy, schools and group settings. Kayla uses CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to evaluate and explore thoughts, feelings, and actions to create positive patterns and coping skills. Kayla’s passion is helping children, teens, and adults in need of mental health care while creating a safe and non-judgmental environment. *Kayla is currently accepting new clients.*
