Introduction

Hi! Thanks for being here! I am a independent clinician who loves working with people on learning new ways to better improve their everyday lives. I try to create a space where you can feel judgment free and laid back to just be who you are. Together, I enjoy finding practical things that you can incorporate into your life to see improvements in how you feel and interact with others. A lot of this is accomplished through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where we work to change your view and create a more positive pattern of thinking. I pull from a variety of other modalities and have recently started training for EMDR.
