Introduction

As a therapist, I recognize that connections are made and relationships defined uniquely to the people in them. I cater therapy to provide a solid framework of compassion and acceptance in a safe space. Whether clients need a space to vent or are going through a rough transitional time, I am here to walk this path with you. I provide an open-minded, non-judgmental approach, supporting clients in their personal process. I believe that clients are the experts of their lives and make it a point to honor their values working collaboratively alongside them. Lastly, I believe a therapist should be relatable.. By blending insight with humor, my goal is that my clients will feel less intimidated about seeing a therapist.
