Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in treating PTSD and trauma, and the other conditions depression, anxiety, panic, chronic pain, grief, and insomnia, as well as traumatic grief. I have 21- years experience. I utilize many tools to treat trauma such as: Sandtray therapy, EMDR, Somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, relaxation therapy, Expressive Arts, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. My focus is 1) teach you to regulate your fight-flight- freeze response, and 2) work through the memories, and 3) teach you to live in the here and now and manage triggers, develop self-understanding and self-compassion.
