Introduction

I am a Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners approved Clinical Social Worker and also a board approved clinical social work supervisor. I have been in direct clinical practice since 2003 and a clinical supervisor since 2007. I graduated from Louisiana College in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Biology and Sociology. I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002. I became a brainspotting practitioner in 2020. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Family Systems, Adlerian, Existential, and Psychodrama. My mission is to empower hope and change with each encounter.
