Introduction

Hi, I'm Kay. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I specialize in major life transitions and help my clients navigate their "new normal." Whether is transition is becoming a parent, experiencing loss or taking on a new role, I believe that it is of utmost importance to really get to know each individual client by hearing their story and identifying their goals, values and what matters most to them. I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression, grief and issues commonly experienced by women. I have specialized training in pregnancy and postpartum mothers and partners. I provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions in my private office and online so you can connect from a place of comfort and convenience. Starting therapy can be intimidating.
