Introduction

I have always been drawn to helping others with the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard and supported in this life, no matter what they are experiencing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with adolescents and young adults in areas related to anxiety, life transitions, and depression. I received my BS in Psychology in 2016 from Texas Christian University, and my MS in Counseling in 2018 from Texas A&M University-Commerce. In my work with clients, my goal is always to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to freely process your current challenges. With unconditional positive regard, curiosity, and a bit of humor, I approach each session knowing that ultimately you are the expert on you. As a therapist, it's an honor to walk alongside my clients in the midst of this messy life. Together, we will navigate life's ups and downs.
