Introduction

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. It is my hope that you will find that I am both a good listener and a knowledgeable and flexible guide to help you navigate your journey to self-healing. I have spent my clinical time working with adults, children, adolescents, couples & families who have suffered many different types of traumatic experiences. I have specialized trauma training and am fascinated by how the brain works and the brain/body connection. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and other challenges.
