Introduction

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges in life. I believe in strength based approach, utilizing strength and inspiration to lead you to whole well being. My approach is nonjudgmental, I believe each individual have inner strength and inspiration that can guide them in recovery. I integrate various theories and skills into my practice with a belief in mindfulness and motivational interviewing as a therapeutic tool. I take great care in my approach as a culturally sensitive and caring person. I specialize in providing therapy and mental health services to the deaf community. I will only see clients that are deaf, or knows American Sign Language as well of individuals that have deaf family members. I offer 20 minutes free phone consultation, to ensure we are a good match.
