Introduction

Katy graduated from Walden University in 2023 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Katy is currently an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Lindsay Burleson LLC, MTS, MEd, LPC-S. She works with clients 13 to 30's. She works with those dealing with ADHD and OCD, anxiety, depression and life transition. Katy strives to meet the client where they are. Her therapy approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-centered. She is trained in Exposure Response Prevention and can provide Christian Counseling if requested. She also test for ADHD. Katy moved to Huntsville in 2020 from Birmingham, Al to help plant a church. She fell in love with the city. In her free time, Katy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being active downtown, running, baking, writing, and collecting plants.
