Together, Katy and Mike have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and their families in a variety of clinical settings such as residential, school, in-home, and outpatient. Katy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialization in trauma, dual diagnoses, personality disorders, and high conflict family dynamics. Katy is currently a clinical director of a residential facility that focuses on trauma and anxiety as well as addiction. Katy is trained in EMDR, TRM, DBT, TF-CBT and a strengths-based approach. Mike has a Masters in Science, Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. Mike specializes in coaching parents through challenging behaviors in home and school settings. Mike has worked as a behavior specialist in a variety of settings for over 10 years.
