Introduction

I’m master's student in clinical social work at the University of Winona, with a focus on integrative and evidence-based therapies. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and the potential for healing through personalized care. My experience working on the transitional care unit at Episcopal Church Homes has given me the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and organizations. This role allowed me to develop skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and collaborative care. As I continue to grow as a clinician, I am especially passionate about working with young adults, couples, and older adults. I understand the unique challenges these groups face and am dedicated to helping them navigate life transitions, enhance coping strategies, and achieving personal growth. I’m passionate about assisting those in finding ways to maintain routines and develop coping mechanisms specifically tailored to those with ADHD. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focusing on meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to their individual needs and goals. I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and to using the latest therapeutic techniques to support my clients in their journey toward well-being.
