Introduction

I love being a therapist. I see people as good, and I work from a place of compassion. My goal in therapy is to help you experience new ways of engaging with yourself and/or your loved ones in order to help you find healing and growth. I haven't met a person yet whose difficulties don't make sense, and who I can't find compassion for. I believe that healing takes place when we start to understand ourselves and all our complex parts from a place of curiosity, tend to our wounds, and then lead from a centered and compassionate place. We're usually all just doing our best to survive, but sometimes those survival techniques that once served us now get in the way.
