Hi! I'm Katrina! My passion and purpose is to support others on the journey to meeting and loving their authentic selves. I am here to offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change. I believe that a rich and varied life experience has helped me become a better therapist and a more accepting person. Working through my own mental health struggles and chronic illness (Type 1 Diabetes) has helped relate to and empathize with my clients in different ways than most. My hope is that on our journey together, you can find self love, self acceptance, and inner peace. Healing is possible if you take it one step at a time.
