Introduction

a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a deep passion for empowering people on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. My path to becoming a therapist was unexpected—but, in hindsight, inevitable. Since a young age, growing up around trauma and difficult family dynamics, I learned that making others feel safe and important was my unhealthy way of surviving. I didn’t realize then that becoming a therapist would not only be my calling but also my greatest challenge—gently pushing me to confront and heal from the baggage I had carried for so long. This journey of healing, which continues daily, has given me both personal and professional insight into the power of self-awareness, resilience, and change. I understand what it feels like to be held captive by negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, to feel stuck in cycles that no longer serve you. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we work together to challenge those patterns and build a life that aligns with your worth and potential. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to walk this path with you.
