Hi, I’m Katie. I know how heavy life can feel sometimes, especially when you’re trying to hold it all together on your own. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and free to show up just as you are. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s been holding you back, and build something new—together. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps challenge unhelpful thought patterns, while Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) builds emotional regulation and mindfulness skills. I also integrate Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy, empowering you to recognize your strengths and reshape your personal story. My commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive care ensures that everyone feels supported in their healing journey. A little about me: Originally from California, I now call Fort Collins, Colorado home. Being outdoors is one of my favorite ways to recharge, whether that’s hiking, exercising, or simply enjoying the fresh air. I also love watching movies and spending quality time with family and friends.
