Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counseling from The College of William & Mary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech. With a wide range of clinical experience, Katie has cultivated a therapeutic style that is integrative, eclectic, and deeply personal. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration—helping clients explore deeper meaning, uncover subconscious patterns, nurture healthier relationships, heal old wounds, and carve out a more authentic path forward. Katie currently offers virtual therapy for individuals, as well as outdoor walk-and-talk sessions in select areas on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
