Hello there, I’m a trauma-informed therapist who loves working with people healing from past trauma and abuse, learning to befriend and honor their bodies, and seeking a caring witness. I love working with issues like anxiety, queer identity formation, grief, and truth-telling in general. Everyday, I want to push back on how avoidance and minimization of past experiences and harmful systems can keep us stuck in patterns of self-questioning and survival-mode living. Also, ask about my summer discount for teachers & therapists! I'm honored to care for those who spend their lives in a caring role as well. With that in mind, I'm offering a lowered rate from May-August for those vital roles. If you're an educator, therapist, or therapist in training who's been thinking about starting therapy, this is your sign! As your work slows for the summer, consider dialing up the self care by providing yourself an intentional space.
