Introduction

Hello there, I’m a trauma-informed therapist who loves working with people healing from past trauma and abuse, learning to befriend and honor their bodies, and seeking a caring witness. I love working with issues like anxiety, queer identity formation, grief, and truth-telling in general. Everyday, I want to push back on how avoidance and minimization of past experiences and harmful systems can keep us stuck in patterns of self-questioning and survival-mode living. Also, ask about my summer discount for teachers & therapists! I'm honored to care for those who spend their lives in a caring role as well. With that in mind, I'm offering a lowered rate from May-August for those vital roles.
