Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, Mood Disorders, Coping Skills,

Introduction

I specialize working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self- harm, self-esteem, perfectionism, and life transitions (examples: transitioning to college, moving, divorce, etc). Life can get tough, and I consider it a privilege to work with my clients to offer support and work with them to achieve their goals. I work collaboratively with my clients from a strengths-based perspective, meeting my client where they are at each session. I incorporate concrete DBT/CBT techniques and skills that empower the client and improve day-to-day life while also exploring emotional experiences and how they affect us.
