Introduction

Katie works with teens and adults. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders (social, generalized, phobias, panic), OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. Katie has completed intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD through the Cognitive Behavior Institute. Katie is dedicated to supporting people by helping them identify patterns that are no longer serving them and assist them in creating new ways of being to live meaningful lives. Empathy, humor and authenticity are the foundation to her therapeutic approach. She is committed to working with people from diverse backgrounds and gender identities.
