Introduction

If you are on my page then you are likely experiencing painful feelings that you have just not been able to move on your own. I have been there. I understand how important it is to seek help during those times when your feelings or thoughts seem to have control of your life. The work of reclaiming the control of your daily experiences is no small thing, but when you are ready to do that work, then I am here to support and guide you back to your power. My way is warm, relational, curious, and caring. It can also be blunt, involve swearing, and be a little funny! I bring my own humanity into the space, forever conscious of the absurdity of being a person in this beautiful disaster that is earth. I will join you at the edges of your own growth and be fascinated.
