Everything feels so hard right now doesn't it? Everything has changed and is different and you feel lost, scared and unsure of how to move forward. Your thoughts are spinning as if on a loop to worst case scenarios. We don't have any power or control over anything anymore and that used to make us feel safe. You and I will work together to find new strategies to control your worry and fear. Let's slow down, remember to breathe and take it one step at a time. I will work with you as we find your path back to health and hope. Finding your normal again is possible. I don't ask anything of my clients that I have not gone through myself. I offer compassion and empathy because I have been there too. We work together for you to create a life you love. You do not have to stay stuck. Life can be different from what it looks like right now. Taking the first few steps are the hardest part...making the first call and showing up at that first appointment. But the investment is worth it. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you to find hope and healing.
