Introduction

Managing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or trauma can feel like trying to piece together a puzzle with missing parts. I offer a thoughtful, tailored approach that goes beyond surface-level fixes. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, processing trauma, or managing daily stressors, we’ll take time to understand what’s really going on in your life and develop practical strategies that fit your needs. My goal is to help you feel clearer, more grounded, and supported in a way that truly works for you. Therapy with me is about digging deep when necessary but also staying present with the day-to-day challenges. I use a blend of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies, always adapting to meet you where you are. We’ll work together to untangle whatever feels overwhelming and create space for healing, progress, and growth. I work exclusively with adults through telehealth sessions, giving you the flexibility and comfort to meet from wherever you are. If you’re ready to start sorting through the overwhelm, I offer a free phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
