Introduction

Hey there! I am Kaite, I work with ADHD, ASD, OCD, trauma/grief, relationship struggles, including domestic violence, and LGBTQ+. I’m genuinely invested in understanding how these experiences impact you and figuring out what will best help you feel better. I think therapy has shifted toward techniques that sound good but don’t always create real change. This has left people even more stuck and unable to get out of their heads. My approach is to translate clinical research into something real and accessible, while also bringing warmth and empathy to create sessions that feel friendly, familiar, and supportive. I focus on these areas every day and know them inside and out, so I can quickly spot patterns. If you're unsure of your diagnosis, we can work together to figure it out. Sometimes it’s about recognizing obsessive/anxious thinking, environmental changes, or neurodivergent struggles. I want clients to feel therapy is worth the investment. I know you're probably scrolling through a ton of therapist profiles and feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been there too. If my name came up, there’s no pressure. We can just chat on the phone and see if it’s a good fit. I’m not here to sell you anything, just to help. If it turns out I’m not the right fit, I can help connect you with the right person.
