Katie Neuman is a native Montanan who is dedicated to participating in and supporting her community. Katie has a background working with individuals across the lifespan. Katie gained her Master's in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University in 2017. She began her clinical practice in the rural areas of Northern New Mexico working in a child, adolescent, and family clinic providing therapy. Katie continued her training in family systems work by training and joining a Multisystemic Therapy team that serves families with at risk adolescents. After returning home to Montana, Katie continued to focus on expanding her knowledge of approaches to treat complex trauma in individuals and families. Katie currently utilizes multiple approaches with a focus on Dialectical Behavioral Therapeutic techniques to help her clients manage challenges in their lives. She believes that clients benefit from understanding their challenges within the context of their life experiences and how specific therapeutic approaches will support the changes they desire.
