Introduction

For the past 10 years I have enjoyed working with a variety of age groups including children, adolescents, and adults. Each phase of life can be difficult and whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, step-families, sexual abuse, or other past traumas their is help through the therapeutic process. I've found the most success by integrating a variety of therapy models into my practice to best meet the individual needs of my clients.
