Introduction

Many of my clients are high achievers, yet feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression. They are looking for something different, that will help give them new insights and hope. I provide therapy for teens, adults, parents and those interested in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP). I support people in gaining new insights, trying new ways of being, and developing skills that will leave you feeling empowered. My style is greatly informed by my background in children and family work. I help clients see how their early relationships and experiences informed who they are today, celebrating the strengths, while making room for growth. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, parents, and adults clients. I use a blend of modalities including KAP. I am a deep listener, allowing families and individuals time and space to share their stories. I strongly believe all people are good and worthy of love. I hope to uplift my clients’ self-esteem and help them change negative thought patterns to be more self-loving and compassionate. I create a safe place for my clients to be vulnerable and try new things.
