Introduction

As your therapist, I hope to create a space of support where you can begin to heal; whether it be from past trauma, current stressors, or anxieties about the future. I hope to support you as you recover from the any of the challenges life may have brought you - trauma, depression or anxiety, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, or codependency. I have experience working with a wide range of populations which includes adults as well as young people. My therapeutic approach is informed by my experience with somatic practices like yoga and meditation as well as recovery from addiction.
