Introduction

Do you struggle with being able to say no to others? Do you have difficulty setting and maintaining boundaries and limits? Do you feel stuck, unmotivated or hopeless? Engaging in therapy is making a choice to better your life and improve your well-being. I can assist you in working to identify ways in which your thoughts, moods, and behaviors impact your quality of life. If you are looking to move forward in your personal journey and make lasting changes then it can be helpful to look at developing emotional resolutions to past problems if necessary. I am passionate about helping people make efforts to grow and master their problems in order to become more effective in their lives. I help to provide feedback and a nurturing environment to explore your needs and wants. I utilize an eclectic approach of therapy including evidence based practice such as CBT, DBT skills, systems and strengths based. I have experience in working with a variety of individuals with an array of issues such as substance use issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bipolar disorder, severe and persistent mental health issues, as well as being trained in EMDR to address trauma and PTSD. As an experienced therapist I can help to provide alternative perspectives.
