My hope is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to ensure they feel secure when talking about their experiences. Together we can work through old wounds, past traumas, and patterns that no longer serve you. We can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and create a brighter future for you. I use evidence-based practices to help us identify problems, develop a treatment plan and goals, and walk with you through your therapy journey. I am easy easy-going and flexible as I believe therapy should be individually catered and will look different for everyone. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
