Introduction

I am passionate about helping others become more self-aware and grow in areas of their life where they feel stuck or frustrated. I have almost 20 years of experience helping individuals who are struggling. My areas of interest include anxiety and major life transitions. I enjoy using an eclectic approach of evidence based treatment modalities to help client’s reach their goals. People would describe me as warm, friendly and easy to talk to.
