Introduction

I believe that the heart of therapy lies in the relationship between client and therapist. My goal is to build a trusting, respectful, and supportive space. I work from a compassionate, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based approach, recognizing that you are the expert in your own experience. We'll utilize techniques from a range of therapeutic methods like AEDP, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and DBT. I’ve worked with adults across all stages of life, and I truly believe there’s always room to grow and learn more about yourself! While I support people through challenges like anxiety, depression, gender exploration, life transitions, trauma, and grief, I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, as well as women-identified clients. Therapy with me is a place where all emotions are welcome. We’ll explore tough feelings and memories, but we’ll also likely share some laughs along the way! Life is complex, and I’m here to support you as we navigate it together.
