Licensed Clinical Social Worker Katie Keyser, LCSW, PLLC
Specialties: Life Transitions, Stress, Perfectionism, Women's Issues, Anxiety,

Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I specialize in working with adults and teens who feel stuck in patterns that prevent them from living in alignment with their values, aspirations, and authentic selves. My clients are often high achievers dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, eating disorders, and feelings of emotional loneliness. These symptoms can result from trauma, unresolved grief, perfectionism, and/or emotional overcontrol. I am intensively trained in Radically Open DBT, an evidence-based treatment designed to address maladaptive perfectionism by enhancing mental flexibility and social connectedness. I am also trained in Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing (SE) method, a naturalistic, neneurobiological, and body-based approach to healing trauma and stress disorders.
