I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from young children as young as age 3, to teens, adults, and families. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I tailor my work to fit the needs, strengths, and goals of each client, always striving to create a space where people feel seen, safe, and supported. Whether I'm working with a child through play, helping a teen navigate complex emotions, or supporting an adult through a life transition, I believe that feeling connected to your therapist is essential to the healing process. I prioritize building genuine, trusting relationships where clients can be themselves without fear of judgment. Through my work, I’ve been privileged to walk alongside people during vulnerable, transformative moments. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always look the same for everyone—and that’s okay. I meet my clients where they are, offering compassion, curiosity, and collaboration each step of the way. I take pride in being adaptable—able to shift approaches, try new strategies, be creative, and hold space for big feelings when needed. Most of all, I believe in the resilience and potential that exists within every person, and it’s my honor to help nurture that in the therapy room.
