Warm greetings! I'm Katie and I'm inviting you to talk- or play!- your way through stressful times, big emotions, and painful memories to feel lighter and more yourself. Reaching out is so brave, and I am here to work with you to create a safe space to explore and overcome your challenges, whether you are 5, 15, or 25. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, and I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I bring a warm, enthusiastic energy as I engage with children of all ages and their families. I specialize in working with children and teens who have experienced difficult circumstances, with a focus in trauma, attachment, anxiety, developmental concerns, defiance, school challenges, and social-emotional support. I also enjoy working with young adults who are in the midst of transitions and exploring life, relationships, work, and emerging young adulthood. Pulling from over a decade of experience, I tap into how all pieces of an individual’s world show up in the therapy space and journey with youth, teens, adults and families through all of life's moments. (Yes, I absolutely love celebrating the wins too!) My practice is rooted in supporting all clients in feeling safe, seen, and valued.
