I am a licensed Social Worker and have been practicing in a mental health care setting for two years. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, adults, and families. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology and my Masters Degree in Social work from Aurora University. I am passionate about helping you create a path to healing and wellness and offer a strengths based perspective to the therapeutic process. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be extremely powerful in our work together. Throughout the therapeutic process, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and psychotherapy to address stressors, anxiety, communication/relationship issues, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, grief, eating disorders, and a wide range of other emotional struggles.
