I enjoy working with individual adults, teens, and children (10+) with various mental health concerns. I have significant experience working with people coping with grief and loss. Through supporting hundreds of individuals and families mourning a death, I recognize how unique grief is to each one of us. I work to normalize and validate the diversity of one's grief experiences to promote hope and healing. In addition to my work with grief and loss, I enjoy working with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As a parent to a child with ADHD and autism, I also have an interest in supporting families navigating the joys and challenges that come with raising neurodivergent children. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients in developing healthier thought patterns and behavior, and Person Centered Therapy, an empathetic approach to helping clients build insight and confidence in their ability to make meaningful change. I also have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
