Introduction

If you found this page, you may be feeling helpless, hopeless, and unsure of where to turn. You may be doubtful that you will ever be able to stop what feels like the endless cycle of your eating disorder. You may be feeling isolated and alone in your depression or overwhelmed by your anxiety. Perhaps you are feeling the stresses of life are becoming too much and you don’t know how to cope. I want to help you on your journey towards healing. My goal is to help you live the life that you desire. This is the life that you deserve. Through my non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic approach, I will be your guide on this journey. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and coping with life stressors. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows my clients to explore their feelings, address underlying issues, and learn new ways of coping. I utilize a blend of evidence-based approaches with my clients and tailor therapy to the individual. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families at the inpatient, residential, partial-hospital, and intensive outpatient levels of care. I also have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with mood disorders, anxiety, and other issues that interfere with obtaining the quality of life that they desire. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and I believe in the importance of tailoring treatment to the individual. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, mindfulness based techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am currently offering telehealth services for adults and adolescents. I also provide meal support/coaching sessions. I look forward to helping you and/or your loved one.
