I believe that building strong foundations and relationships with people are imperative to the growth and healing of an individual's mind and soul. I bring energy, compassion, and even a little humor to my work with clients to create a collaborative environment that you can be comfortable and yourself in. I use a holistic approach using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help in areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, suicidal ideations, trauma, PTSD, and stress management. If a client believes that he/she has a partner to go on this therapeutic journey with them, it can create a success that is much more meaningful. I excel at working with adolescents and couples, helping to improve and strengthen vital skills such as emotion regulation, effective communication, empathy, assertiveness, boundaries, and self-awareness, while developing the crucial therapeutic relationship needed to facilitate change and growth.
