I specialize in treating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and emotional dysregulation and distress. So if you feel like your emotions are running the show then I can help. I blend practical, science based tools with warmth and compassion. The result is therapy sessions that are supportive and leave you with actionable steps to reach your goals. I am down to earth, open minded, and not afraid to use humor. Creating a shame-reducing and empowering space is a priority in my practice.
